HOME STAGING EVALUATION (with DETAILED STAGING REPORT) - $250.00

Using our professional process, your house is reviewed by us both inside and out. Within 48 hours we will provide you with a detailed staging report along with pictures outlining the appropriate recommendations to get your house ready for sale.

STAGING SERVICE - Priced Per Project

We understand that selling your home is a busy and frustrating time so we offer our full Staging Service, where, depending on what is required, we implement existing furniture and accessories to showcase best features of the house.

For both FURNISHED and VACANT properties this Staging Service can entail:

• De-cluttering and depersonalizing
• Rearranging furniture, lighting and artwork
• Using what you own or we can provide rental furnishings either from our own inventory or from reputable furniture rental companies
• Ensuring the best "curb appeal" on the outside of your home
